well the code didn’t post for me either. Suffice it to say it is the same as your web.config with the 7th rule replaced with the variable fix.

Hey Bill... Great stuff. We have WPMU running GREAT on iis7 using NLB and 2 front end servers. I am still having issues though with the admin CSS.I tried your suggestion but to no avail. Heres the web.config: Any ideas?

well the code didn’t post.. but just replace your rule 7 with the code from the rewrite server variable fix and the admin css will work

If you replace ImportedRule7 in the web.config with the following it will resolve your CSS issues on the admin page. This is the code used in the Pretty Permalinks / Rewrite Server Variable fix you referenced in your post. Hope this helps. It took me a few hours to get everything installed and configured but Wordpress MU does work on IIS7 under FastCGI!
